My work focuses on Engaged Learning for Impact (ELI) which integrates inclusive design, learning evaluation, and adult learning as a driver of meaningful change, focusing on designing accessible, context-responsive learning, measuring what matters, and using learner-centered evidence to improve practice and organizational impact.

  • Led education research and mixed-methods evaluation for global education initiatives focused on workforce development, learning outcomes, and educational impact.
  • Designed and evaluated educational interventions for professional learners, including hybrid certificate programs, workshops, online case discussions, observerships, and fellowship-related experiences.
  • Developed evaluation instruments, including needs assessments, pre/post surveys, knowledge assessments, learning environment measures, and qualitative feedback tools.
