My work focuses on Engaged Learning for Impact (ELI) which integrates inclusive design, learning evaluation, and adult learning as a driver of meaningful change, focusing on designing accessible, context-responsive learning, measuring what matters, and using learner-centered evidence to improve practice and organizational impact.
